While the cat's away...

I couldn't wait. Sorry.

Pinstripes in Hoffman Estates. Upscale. Nice menu. This means smaller portions, but I'm okay with that.
I couldn't wait to eat it before taking the picture.
But, on a higher note, even though the 'cat is away' I was a good boy: I didn't flirt and I wore my chastity belt.

This is worthy of note because I usually don't wear it at all: it's a bit loose and I'm always afraid I'll lose it (have you seen the price of gold lately?)

I love you, honey!

When in Rome...

Or, in this case, Brazil, have a Saquarinha. I think it's a saki-margherita. Cool and tasty --"cool" being the operative word there. Rio is 80F at 11pm. I can haz snowz nao?

Why airlines fail

UA860, Rio to São Paolo, less than one third full. Fifty minute flight.

And what do they do with the equally as empty Business Class seats?

They leave the seats empty, of course! Why wouldn't you? Why would you move people from coach to business, thus giving them a cheap thrill and making them feel special when it costs you virtually nothing when, instead, you can keep them in those crummy, thin-cushioned seats. Oh, don't forget to charge US$6 for beer, wine and liquid and make sure you only accept US dollars when coming from foreign countries.

Why does UAL management want to fail so badly?

Here's a tip: if you are a service company, you can get more business by providing more service, not less.
