Wow. Nice place. Just opened next to the hotel. This is the Fruity Sashimi appetizer. I never would have though of wrapping fish and fruit... But I have to say it works.

Chef Jimmy Mong, a genius, created an amazing dish-- Chirashi-- that deviated from the standard fare by not making the sashimi a slave to the rice.

And rice mixed with roe as a bed for the sashimi to lay on. The prawn head for presentation was a nice touch even though I'm not usually a fan of my food staring back at me...
Great flavor, fresh fish, great presentation, right next to a Hilton Garden Inn (locationlocationlocation)... If this place doesn't succeed it'll be a cryin' shame.
